The IUB is required by Iowa Code subsections 7A.1, 7A.10, and 476.16 to file an annual report. This report presents information on the disposition of dockets brought before the IUB and on assessments to jurisdictional utilities and the agency budget. Incorporated in the report is the IUB’s fiscal year Agency Performance Plan Results.
The IUB also makes presentations to and files reports with other state agencies, collects residential past due account and disconnection data from rate-regulated utilities, and tracks the reports filed regarding voluntary utility customer contribution funds.
