Annual Report
The IUB Annual Report is a compilation of activity for the calendar year. Included is a summary of activities for each of the IUB sections and a docket-by-docket summary or listing of actions taken during the year. In addition to fulfilling the legislative requirement, the report can be a useful reference for researching past IUB actions.
Performance Report
The two basic business functions of the IUB are utility regulation and compliance and resource management. Annual Performance Reports measure success for both of these areas through the fiscal year. Performance Reports for the IUB highlight the services the agency provided to Iowans and the results achieved, to ensure utility service reliability and to improve and expand utility service infrastructure in Iowa. This information is provided in accordance with the State of Iowa Accountable Government Act, Iowa Code chapter 8E.
