The Iowa Utilities Board will conduct a public meeting starting at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2019, in Dubuque. The Board will deliberate on Docket No. RPU-2019-0002, Interstate Power and Light Company, and will consider a motion to go into closed session on Docket Nos. FCU-2019-0005, Rawlings v.
